Duties and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various sourcing techniques

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods

• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions

• Provide recruiting analytics and reporting as needed

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
