We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Communicate with employees to understand travel preferences and requirements.
• Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences, budget, and availability.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other transportation needs.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and any other necessary travel services.
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and solutions
• Provide employees with itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
• Assist employees with changes or cancellations to their travel plans, handling any necessary rebooking or refunds.
• Monitor travel alerts, weather conditions, and other factors that may impact travel plans, and provide timely updates to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members, including travel agents and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track global news in the travel segment to understand emerging restrictions/reliefs in terms of itineraries, visas, etc.
• Assist with HR-related tasks when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field.
• Proven experience in travel coordination, customer service, or related role.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones on an ad-hoc basis.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
