We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Collaborate with the HR Department for Company events and activities, such as.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment.

What You Bring:

  • University/College diploma in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of experience in office administration, receptionist, or related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
