We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Brokerage Officer to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Maintain documentation for policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough checks and controls on data to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Ensure Product Governance processes are in place when onboarding and off-boarding the instruments.
• Perform Best Execution monitoring (spreads, slippage, speed of execution, off quotes, market price checks, including assembly of detailed manual records).
• Prepare quarterly reports of Best execution, Leverage monitoring, Win-Loss Ratio, RTS 27.
• Prepare interim and/or yearly reports, including but not limited to LP Annual report, Portfolio Management Report, HF Copy Performance Assessment Report, RTS 28.
• Monitor and process activity on the Market abuse tool, ensure all new instruments are onboarded and daily files are provided to the tool provider.
• Quarterly transactions reporting for AE and SC.
• Assist in distributing Investment advice and checking Depreciation Notification.
• Perform analysis on Systematic Internalizers.
• Assist with data requests regarding Auditing and CySEC requests.
• Reconciliation of the EMIR – MIFIR.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Economics, Finance, or relevant field.
• CySEC certifications would be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel or BI would be considered an advantage.
• A team player with an enthusiastic approach to new challenges.
