GUESS is looking for Retail Sales Associates to join the teams of Nicosia and Larnaca!

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate who is able to work collaboratively with team members to drive sales and meet customer needs. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail experience (preferred)

• Ability to use a computer, POS system, and other technical equipment

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• A passion for fashion and an enthusiasm for sales

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide customers with product knowledge and information

• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Process payments using a POS system

• Answer customers’ inquiries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services

• Upsell products and suggest alternate items
