Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Our team is expanding, and we are seeking to hire a qualified Corporate Lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law in Cyprus for our office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

• Advise clients on commercial transactions, corporate matters.

• Handle real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and property development projects.

• Keep abreast of changes in Cyprus laws and regulations affecting corporate and real estate transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders to achieve clients' objectives effectively and efficiently.

• Provide counsel to various in-house departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• Successful completion of the Cyprus bar exam and eligible to be registered as a qualified lawyer.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing corporate, commercial, and real estate law in Cyprus.

• Proficiency in English and Greek languages (both written and verbal).

• Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law, commercial law, and real estate regulations.

• Knowledge of immigration law will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

• Knowledge of MS Office package.
