Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our FinTech client, have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Analyst to join their Limassol office. Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across web and mobile platforms
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Collaborate with the product team to analyse customer behaviour and engagement on our platforms.
• Provide recommendations for improving user experience and engagement
• Plan and execute A/B tests and other experimentation to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
• Stayup to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Looker)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to cross-functional teams
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering data-driven results
