Short description:

The Operations Centre Coordinator is reporting to the Manager Operations Center, Terminal & Security Services. The main area of responsibility is to ensure the smooth, safe, secure and efficient airport operations. The successful candidate must be able to carry out shift work on a 24 hour basis.

Other areas of responsibility include:

• airport resources allocation planning and real time monitoring of the resources
• communication and distribution of the flight information to the airport community and to the public
• performing fault reporting of all reported faults
• creating Work Orders for urgent maintenance/ repairs out of the office hours
• maintaining the Airport Operator Database up to date at all times with the correct flight information
• implementation of all emergency and contingency procedures, when required
• preparation of daily reports

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• College Diploma or University Degree will be considered an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages (verbal and written)
