Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a flair for creating exceptional drink experiences for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant.

Engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace.

Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal age requirements for alcohol consumption.

Maintain an extensive knowledge of the bar menu to make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.

Manage bar inventory and supplies, making sure the bar is well-stocked and ordering new supplies as needed.

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-prepared for health and safety inspections.

Process payment for drinks and meals served at the bar, and manage the cash drawer accurately.

Develop new cocktail recipes and contribute to menu development.

Conduct regular stock takes and manage the storage of spirits, beers, and other beverages.

Ensure compliance with all alcohol regulations and laws.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender or Barman.

Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

Computer literacy with familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

High school diploma; further training in mixology, bartending, or relevant field is appreciated.

A personable, attentive disposition, and a readiness to meet the needs of customers.

Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
