Reporting to: Marketing & Parents Relations Director

Job Description:The Partner Alliance Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with various entities, including educational agents, relocation agents, legal professionals, and others involved in family services and real estate. The primary objective is to increase student enrollment through effective collaboration with these partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners, including educational agents, relocation agents, legal firms, and real estate agents catering to families interested in schooling options.
  2. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners, outlining the benefits of partnering with our school and detailing partnership agreements with all terms and conditions.
  3. Nurture ongoing relationships with partners through regular communication and engagement activities, such as exclusive events, contract renewals, and project promotion events hosted at partner premises.
  4. Collaborate with partners to organise promotional events and initiatives aimed at raising awareness about our school among their client base.
  5. Facilitate the dissemination of information about our school and its offerings among partner networks, ensuring that our school remains top-of-mind for prospective students and their families.
  6. Monitor and track leads generated through partner channels, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into enrollments.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align partnership activities with broader marketing and enrollment strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably within the education sector or related industries.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to diverse audiences.

- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities, with a track record of successfully nurturing partnerships.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Fluent English.

Position Working Days/hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, 9:00-18:00
