Our team is getting bigger! We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. An outstanding candidate should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Updating company database with requested data.

• Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for positions.

• Headhunting and searching for candidates.

• Recruiting and assisting the recruitment process.

• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

• Advertising the company on social media platforms.

• Assisting the department in any related tasks requested.

Requirements:

• BSc in Human Resource management, Business or related field.

• 1-2 years of related experience.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and IT literacy.

• The ability to work as part of a team.

• Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Detail-oriented person.

• Any familiarity with Recruitment software will be considered as an advantage.
