About the Role:

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be reporting to the VP of Marketing and you will be responsible for recruiting new affiliate agents,negotiating the deals and providing all the necessary tools in order to promote the company's products and services using online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, evaluating and recruiting new Affiliate Partners;
• Build and develop relationships with existing Affiliate Partners;
• Setting strategic affiliate marketing goals,meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks with ease;
• Prepare marketing campaigns and agendas to present to clients during meetings;
• Developing strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts;
• Bringing new ideas and innovative thinking to the business;
• Manage relationships with partners, streamers, affiliates, and providers
• Strategically evaluating and reporting results of the overall operations regularly and systematically for the Marketing department;
• Monitor, develop, expand and nurture existing affiliate and streamer partnerships;
• Execute the day-to-day management of the affiliate program with a focus on driving growth, reaching new partnerships and maximizing ROAs.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Fintech industry;
• Experience in sales (preferably in Affiliate or Digital);
• Experience with Affiliate Performance Platforms such as: Affise or RedTrack
• High degree analytical expertise;
• Established relationships within the affiliation network;
• Fluency in the English language, (verbal and written) - Any other language will be considered as an advantage;
• Ability to exceed clients' demands;
• Effective interpersonal skills;
• Outside the box' thinker;
• Ability to work within a multicultural environment.
