Requirements:

Plan and implement the assigned hiring strategy and initiatives.

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Advanced user of recruiting technologies (Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn, etc.);

Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Ready for quickly changing environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws through the process.

Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.

Administer and submit all hiring work for new employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process).

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

Source potential candidates through online channels.

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
