As a Senior UX/UI Designer, to work on a variety of tasks. On an everyday basis, our design department supports several b2c products, as well as several complex internal CRM systems. In close communication with other team members, the designer has to prepare an exhaustive set of mockups, flows and prototypes that will allow the team to implement new features into our products. The variety of tasks is great: from highly loaded interfaces with a large number of interconnections to simple one-page landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Design the functionality of the company’s software products and ensure a great user experience

• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers and users of financial applications to translate concepts into innovative wireframes and then to detailed designs

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

• Design the UI of brand new systems and improve the existing ones, for mobile or web-based applications

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

• Work with the product design system: design new and maintain old versions of library components

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Proven UX/UI experience and UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio

• Excellent knowledge of Figma. The ability to work with complex components

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows

• Excellent knowledge of common design systems and guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines)

• Ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and transform them into consistent, intuitive and functional user interfaces

• The ability to design high-quality interactive prototypes suitable for both the presentation of features to the team and for demonstration to users

• Knowledge of classic design frameworks (CJM, JTBD) an understanding of what tasks they can and should be used for

• A University degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or another related field will be considered an advantage

• Knowledge in online trading, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be considered an advantage

• Excellent command of English, and Russian in an advantage
