About the Job

As a Technical Writer, you’ll be:

• Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

• Writing engaging blog posts about product features, benefits, updates and releases
• Producing high-quality technical content that meets applicable standards
• Analyzing existing content to update and research new content opportunities
• Preparing short, easy-going video guides to help users with 3CX and other related applications
• Responding to messages on the forum related to your posts

About You

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable through engaging text and videos
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Freelance work considered
