The Lobsters is a full service design and communication agency, based in Nicosia, with a growing client list of leading local and interational brands, including Perrier, ION, LVQR, Kafes Laikou and Zivana LOEL.

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team and to oversee specific customers, building long term creative relationships with them.

Responsibilities include:

• Day to day client communications as the client’s primary point of contact

• Timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

• Acting as a channel of communication between clients and design team

• Social media content planning and management

• Event coordination

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as an Account Exec in an advertising agency or relevant role

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team

• BA degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, PR or other relevant field
