We are searching for an enthusiastic and organized Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

This role requires an individual who is not only creative and analytical but also strategic, proactive, and able to lead initiatives that drive tangible business outcomes.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives, seasonal trends, and product launches.
• Dive deep into audience analytics to understand demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
• Use social listening tools to track and analyze conversations about the brand or industry trends across the social web. Utilize insights gained to inform content strategies and product development.
• Publish, and share engaging content daily, tailored to each social media platform's unique audience.
• Regularly conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Use analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and trends, and prepare reports on ROI, insights, and recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, and customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, New Media, or relevant field would be considered an advantage.
• 3+ years’ experience in social media management or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• Experience with major social media platforms and the tools used to manage these platforms.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other teams and departments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Demonstrated ability to increase engagement and brand awareness through innovative social media strategies.
