Our team is looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer for our offices in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Review, guidance and delegation to subordinates in relation to compliance projects and various regulatory matters;
• Assisting and maintaining the Company’s Compliance as per the internal Compliance Monitoring Plan;
• Monitoring and assisting in any usual and/or ad-hoc compliance reporting obligations;
• Assisting in the preparation of Annual Compliance Reports and/or any other compliance-related ad-hoc regulatory requirements;
• Preparation of training materials and compliance circulars as these should be circulated among the Departments of the Company from time to time;
• Maintenance and update the internal policies in line with regulatory requirements;
• Monitoring and assessment of the correct and effective implementation of compliance policies and procedures;
• Handling a diverse range of compliance relating tasks;
• Stay up to date with relevant regulatory requirements, evolving Compliance and regtech practices in the financial services sector; and
• Report and assist the Head of Legal and Compliance in any tasks and projects that the Department may be involved with.

Requirements:

• Degree from a reputable university in Law/Finance/Economics/ Business Management or related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in a compliance role in the FX/FinTech Industry
• CySEC advanced certification and/or CySEC AML certification will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellence knowledge of AML legislation
• Fluency in both verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Fluency in Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Work effectively and efficiently under pressure and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy;
• Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
