On behalf of our client, a Large Banking Institution in Cyprus, we are looking to recruit an International Banking Relationship Manager, for their International Banking Unit Division in Limassol.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Develops and Retains Customer Relationship to ensure growth and strategic goals achievement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development – attracts new IBU clientele – focus on deposits & transactional incomeEnhances existing relationships – focus on deposits & transactional income

  • Holds regular meetings with existing and new potential customers
  • Handles onboarding of new customers corporate & personal (First screening and recommendation for establishing relationships of new customers referred by Approved Introducers or direct customers to the Bank’s respective authorities)
  • Follow up on conditions set by the Bank’s respective authorities on account opening or on reviews to ensure comply with current rules and regulations.
  • Customer service - resolves and handles queries from customers in relation to account maintenance to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Responsible for initiation of customer regular or special reviews, recommendation for continuation or termination of relationships to the Bank’s respective authorities .
  • Promotes cross selling - referrals to corporate, retail, trade finance, private banking depts to increase banks overall market share with quality clients.
  • Assesses transactions incoming & outgoing to be in line with customer declared activity/economic profile
  • Communicates with customers for any issue and/or assistance and/or clarifications related to all banking products.
  • Prepares documents for electronic archiving and assists in physical archiving of reports.
  • Collaborates with all internal IBU departments for execution of their requests as well as other departments within the Bank to ensure smooth operations and quality results.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting (or equivalent)
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills
  • Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
  • Skills for upselling and recommending products
  • Previous experience will consider as an advantage

Remuneration
