Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients via telephone and online
• Discuss financial markets in a clear manner
• Provide valuable information, assisting client with inquiries
• Continuously provide clients with market updates and guidance
• Inform all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions

Requirements

• Previous experience in the forex industry in account management/retention
• Fluent in both German and English languages
• Ability to multitask, goal-oriented
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Clear communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to reach and exceed targets
