CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Branding, Marketing and Software Development services to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the dedicated Software Engineering and Design teams, gathering client requirements for a variety of projects and managing the full product development life cycle. This role is pivotal to the success of product delivery and ensures that client expectations and completion dates are met. Our client is seeking candidates who are ideally educated to degree level in a related field who possess a demonstrable passion for technology and design. Prior Product or Project Management experience in a company within a relevant industry sector is essential, and demonstrable experience in using Mac OS X is highly desirable. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate, define, and prioritise the requirements together with key stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritise the backlog.
• Work closely with the engineering and design teams to meet goals and address any obstacles.
• Host team meetings including daily stand-up meetings, team refinement sessions and sprint planning reviews.
• Serve as the interface between the product and the customer, communicate and deliver to customers on a regular basis.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• A University Degree in a related field.
• A demonstrable passion for technology and design.
• Prior Product or Project Management experience in a company within a relevant industry sector is essential.
• The ability to take on complex problems and translate them into elegant solutions.
• Experience working closely with software engineers, UX, project managers, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Hardworking, creative, analytical, and results-driven individual.
• Demonstrable experience in using Mac OS X is highly desirable.
• Great presentation and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Highly dependable and enjoy working within a diverse team.
• Flexible to work unsociable hours with clients & teams in different time zones when required.
