Responsibilities:

  • Perform general day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks to maintain an efficient sales department.

  • Manage communication with our network, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and providing necessary assistance.

  • Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate sales-related processes, ensuring timely delivery of information and services.

  • Assist the sales team with various administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records.

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales follow-ups (including coordination with banks and other governmental departments).

  • Prepare accurate and insightful reports on sales activities, performance, and key metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Assist with marketing activities, social media management and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Monitor and prioritize deadlines for executing sales-related tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are met promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Greek and English (written and spoken).

  • Additional language proficiency is considered an advantage.

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or related field.

  • A team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Familiarity with banking procedures and government regulations related to real estate.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
