CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, including identifying and recruiting potential affiliate partners through research, networking, and outreach. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and will need to possess proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or another closely related role, with in-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices. Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration and benefits package to the successful candidate. Any previous experience working in the Forex industry will be considered a significant advantage, but not essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through research, networking, and outreach.
• Negotiate and manage commission structures and agreements with affiliates.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking tools.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to affiliates to ensure their success and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of affiliate partners and implement strategies to optimize their performance.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions.
• Track and report on affiliate marketing campaign performance, including revenue generated, conversions, and ROI.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven work experience in Affiliate Marketing or similar is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics software.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
