CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a newly established Digital Platform that empowers individuals to explore, create, and collect digital assets, we are seeking to recruit a UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote workforce. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually stunning user experiences for our client’s platform. Leveraging your expertise in UI/UX design and proficiency in Figma, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant and effective design solutions. From wireframes to prototypes, you'll lead the design process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction or another related field, who possess proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and Figma expertise. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices along with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are a must. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the development process.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's (or similar) degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and Figma expertise.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
