CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests, including the provision of Cybersecurity & Data Analytics solutions to global clientele, we are seeking to recruit a Social Engineering Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Social Engineering Specialist, you will play a pivotal role enhancing clients' cybersecurity defences by executing controlled social engineering exercises. Your expertise will help identify vulnerabilities and educate clients on the real-world tactics used by cyber attackers. This role requires a unique blend of ethical hacking skills, psychological understanding, and excellent interpersonal communication. Extensive international travel is required as part of this role.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Design and execute realistic, ethical social engineering campaigns to test clients' susceptibility to various tactics like phishing, pretexting, and baiting.
• Create tailored social engineering strategies based on individual client profiles, industry specifics, and identified vulnerabilities.
• Travel to client locations to conduct in-person training, adapting to various organizational cultures.
• Post-simulation, lead debriefing sessions with clients to discuss findings, provide insights, and educate them on preventive measures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing simulation outcomes, highlighting vulnerabilities, and recommending improvements.
• Stay abreast of the latest social engineering techniques and continuously evolve simulation strategies to reflect real-world threats.
• Ensure all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Psychology, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Passionate about current cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Proven experience in conducting ethical hacking or social engineering exercises.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to devise and execute complex social engineering scenarios.
• Deep understanding of human psychology and behaviour in the context of cybersecurity.
• Eagerness to travel frequently, engaging with clients on-site.
• Certifications in Ethical Hacking (e.g., CEH), Social Engineering, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting role is a plus.
• Multilingual capabilities to cater to diverse client bases is desirable.
