About the role

PIN-UP Global is an ecosystem of independent companies involved in the life cycle of various entertainment products. We are 2500+ employees worldwide of 20+ nationalities and 15+ companies with offices in 7 countries: Cyprus (head office in Limassol), Poland, Ukraine (two offices), Kazakhstan (two offices), Armenia, Peru, India.

We are looking for a Chief Operational Officer passioned about iGaming – join us and work with industry leaders.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast-growing i-gaming company with a workforce of 1000+ employees.
• Track record of successful managerial experience, showcasing the ability to establish processes from scratch for various departments and a history of scaling operations.
• In-depth understanding of global i-gaming market trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes on a worldwide scale.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven success in scaling products and operations across different locations.
• Excellent experience in Affiliate Marketing
• Spoken English and Russian language

Will be plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in a senior executive role within the i-gaming sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure alignment with overall business goals.Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current global operations, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, executive team members, and external partners, demonstrating strong communication skills and understanding their perspectives
• Propose and implement at least two process optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and scalability
• Conduct individual meetings with team members to understand their roles, concerns, and suggestions, fostering a positive team culture and identifying areas for development
• Conduct a thorough review of global i-gaming market regulations to ensure the company's operations are fully compliant, providing recommendations for any necessary adjustments
• Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the global operations team to measure and track success, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
• Develop a preliminary global expansion plan, outlining potential markets, risks, and opportunities, and presenting it to the executive team
• Foster collaboration among different departments, including commercial, technology/development, marketing, finance, and customer service, to achieve operational synergy
