CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE-DOMINO’S PIZZA CYPRUS

Domino’s Pizza Cyprus is a growing vibrant company, part of the dynamic Domino’s worldwide pizza chain.  We are seeking to recruit for part time evening shifts, Greek and English speaking Customer Support Representatives for our Zakaki store in Limassol.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet carry out customers warmly with a smile.
• Assist customers in product selection.
• Place customers’ orders on the P.O.S system and collect payments.
• Assisting customers via telephone- responding professionally to customer’s orders or inquiries and being an ambassador of the Domino’s brand.

Requirements- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong Interpersonal Communication/Written skills.
• Positive friendly telephone manner.
• Basic (PC) Computer Knowledge.
• Punctuality
• Good knowledge of English and  Greek spoken and written.
