Codellon Limited is providing support and auxiliary services in the areas of marketing, QA,customer and IT support.

Reports to: Financial Accounting Manager /Head of Finance

Purpose of the Role: Assisting Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and recording transactions including posting month-end journal entries.

• Updating and reconciling financial ledgers

• Verifying company expenses, bank reconciliation

• Assisting in the monthly reporting is completed in accordance with the groups’ reporting timetables

• Preparing statutory accounts

• Calculating all relevant taxes including VAT, etc

• Assisting with internal and external audits as required

• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all intercompany accounts

• Assisting with all aspects of the Company’s accounting functions including adhoc tasks when required

• Completing all tasks within the set deadlines, without compromising on quality

  Desirable Skills and Abilities:

  • Finance degree or qualification (or active student), or equivalent through experience

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Experience with multi-currency transactions

  • Strong analytical and IT skills particularly in excel and 1C (version 8 or higher)

  • Excellent organisational, process and time management skills

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Confident and conscientious manner

  • Good English/or Russian written and verbal communication skills

  • Methodical and logical approach to problem solving
