CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Deputy CTO to join their growing team based in Limassol. Working closely with the CTO, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our client’s technology strategies. Your role involves driving improvements, supervising internal IT Teams, and serving as the technical liaison for both our client’s B2B partners and internal stakeholders. You should hold relevant working experience of at least 8 years, possess knowledge of technological trends and best practices, and understand the key steps of the development cycle. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field. Strong system-architecture capabilities and working experience in web development and PHP will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assists the CTO in managing and implementing technology strategies of the company.
• Suggests necessary improvements and adjustments to new technologies.
• Supervising internal IT teams and ensuring functionality and security of systems and infrastructure.
• Follow up with developers about tasks development.
• Discuss with internal customers their requests.
• Project Management.
• Technical contact person with B2B partners.
• Technical contact person with internal customers.
• Lead sprint-meetings.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Working development experience for at least 8 years.
• Knowledge of technological trends and best practices.
• Understanding the main steps of development cycle.
• Knowledge of infrastructure components.
• Experience with CDN and registrar platforms.
• Project management skills.
• System design and architecture skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle issues under pressure.
• A quick learner who is passionate about experience and takes initiative to self-teach when needed.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English.

Additional Advantage: 

• Working experience in web development and PHP.
• Experience in cloud computing.
• Knowledge of O365 Admin platform.
• Experience with CDN and registrar platforms.
• Strong system-architecture capabilities.
