CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative online B2B business specializing in the provision of a unique casino gaming platform, with a full turnkey solution, we are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful applicant you will handle a variety of HR and administrative duties including spearheading the recruitment process, managing the employee onboarding process, and compiling a variety of reports for Senior Management. You should hold an academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and possess proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a startup and/or fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Spearhead the recruitment process to attract top talent in the industry.
• Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Provide vital support to the CEO, assisting with various tasks and projects.
• Compile and analyze data to prepare insightful reports for Senior Management.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as employee contracts.
• Handle day-to-day HR tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Fluency in English.
