CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies with headquarters in Switzerland, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Product Researcher to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for studying customer needs and preferences, as well as their attitude and feelings towards company websites and competitors’ websites. You will need to understand how users interact with digital products and what they want from them through the analysis of user psychology and behaviour. Our client is seeking applicants who possess strong experience in product research and data analysis, with a main focus on User Experience (UX) research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Studying of customer needs and preferences, as well as their attitude and feelings towards the company websites and competitors’ websites.
  • Focusing on understanding how users interact with products and what they want from them by a deep understanding of user psychology and behaviour.
  • Analyzing user behaviour with the aid of machine learning/data science to gain deep insights into the needs, behaviours, and pain points of users.
  • Conducting market research to identify the trends and the demand for new products or services that could be sold by the company.
  • Conducting research and studies on competitors’ products to identify any weaknesses and strengths.
  • Analyzing the results of focus groups to determine the effectiveness of a product or service.
  • Coordinating with designers and engineers to ensure that products meet customer needs.
  • Using research findings and data to inform and influence product design and development decisions.
  • Assist the Product Director in completing the pre-concept for the entire project, brainstorming, mood boards, basic planning and in suggesting possible new creative solutions.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • An academic background relating to Information Technology, UX/UI Design, Data Science or similar is desirable.
  • Strong experience in product research and data analysis, preferably within a global multi-disciplinary team of Product, UX and Development professionals;
  • User Experience research experience.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Effective communication and problem solving approach.
  • Working experience with the Agile methodology is desirable.
  • Professional approach aimed at achieving goals through teamwork.
  • Fluency in English is required.
