You will be expected to:
- Greet Hotel Guests, visitors and Clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting Guests in finding their room and providing necessary information regarding the hotel premises.
- Managing the check-in and check-out process, answering questions and requests
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Works closely with the Housekeeping Department.
- Speak Good English / Greek Language
