Job Description

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth payment processing and resolving transaction issues. Based on the sales floor, you'll interact closely with sales agents in person or with clients via phone, providing prompt assistance and offering the best payment method solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process for our new clients, optimizing payment service providers (PSPs) and workflows, and maintaining accurate records. Main Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor and optimize payment processing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Client Support: Provide prompt and effective assistance to clients experiencing transaction failures or payment-related issues, offering solutions and guidance to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Troubleshooting: Offer support to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues, including insufficient funds, incorrect card details, and system errors, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payment-related incidents and feedback, contributing to the improvement of processes and client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English language, both verbal and written, for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior experience in financial operations or payment processing. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you excel in this role. If you have an experience in a similar role, in the financial industry, or as a sales agent it will be considered as an advantage
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot payment-related issues and provide effective solutions to clients and team members.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients experiencing payment issues.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing payment transactions and maintaining records.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with sales agents and other team members to optimize payment processes and resolve issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
