Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verification of documents/clients’ accounts;
• Continuous evaluation of the company’s clientele;
• Undertaking the necessary actions in relation to client funds withdrawal/deposit requests as applicable.

Candidate Profile:

• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered as an advantage;
• Fluency in English - if any other language will be considered as an advantage;
• Able to work on shifts: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 and 12:00 - 21:00 on a weekly rotation and Friday 08:00 - 14:00 and 15:00 - 21:00 on a weekly rotation;
• Excellent communication and team skills;
• Ability to perform duties efficiently and accurately;
• Ability to work under pressure.
