CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most well established and highly regarded importers of stylish and contemporary Kitchens, Cabinets, and Doors, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Interior Design or possess knowledge of a design/drawing software such as AutoCAD or any 3D software. Experience as a Sales Executive in the kitchen industry will be considered a significant advantage, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English are a must. Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration and benefits package to the successful applicant. Showroom based, this position does require the successful applicant to work Monday - Saturday (Wednesday & Saturday afternoons off). 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Carry out appointments with potential customers.
• Provide kitchen design suggestions for materials and finishes based on customer needs.
• Preparation of a detailed quotations based on the design agreed with the customer.
• Follow up offers, gain feedback, and transform sales leads into actual sales.
• Understand customer needs and meet their requirements as closely as possible.
• Managing the sales process through the company’s CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.
• Meet sales goals and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Create personal experience that differentiates the company which inspires the customer to return and builds loyalty to the brand.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Degree in Interior Design or knowledge of a design/drawing software (AutoCAD, any 3D software) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience as a Sales Executive in kitchen industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in the Construction industry (Interior Design, Architectural etc…) will be considered an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
