We are seeking an experienced Support Agent to join our growing team based in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidate should provide support and assistance to different clients and websites’ users by email. The candidate should be well versed in general computer operations and familiar with MS Office (Excel above all), productivity packages and utility programs.
He/She will regularly interact with our Support and Content Moderation teams located in Europe and APAC region.

Your Responsibilities:
• Being responsible for resolving issues that customers may have. This could involve troubleshooting technical problems, addressing billing issues, or handling complaints by following the guidelines and procedures provided;
• Being fully knowledgeable about the services offered by the company and being able to provide accurate information to customers;
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions for tracking customer issues and improving the overall user’s experience;
• Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received;
• Proactively report feedbacks to the team and direct manager.

Skills & Experience:
• Strong team working and excellent communication skills;
• Previous experience in customer service is welcomed;
• Goals oriented;
• Greek mother tongue, proficiency in English;
• Willing to work on shifts (morning/afternoon/evening) and weekends;
• Well versed in general computer operations;
• Good MS office skills.
