CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading online marketing platform that connects people to the adverts and services that they need, we are seeking to recruit a User Acquisition Manager (Mobile Applications) to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for supervising and nurture a portfolio of mobile application developers and agencies, as well as taking charge of online campaigns and elevating their performance. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Advertising Technology sector (AdTech), in particular within the mobile application ecosystem, preferably as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or other similar capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and any additional language skills will be considered a plus. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and nurture a portfolio of mobile application developers and agencies.
• Take charge of online campaigns and meticulously evaluate their performance.
• Harness data-driven insights to scrutinize and enhance campaign outcomes, offering valuable yield strategy recommendations.
• Manage the technical deployment and execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations.
• Contribute actively to business development initiatives.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another closely related field will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the AdTech industry in the mobile application ecosystem, preferably as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
• Proficiency with data analysis, in particular Excel, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data.
• Demonstrate a quick learning ability coupled with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in additional languages will be consider an advantage.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and findings.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player while also being self-sufficient.
