Responsibilities:

• Managing the organization's financial reporting.
• Implementing and managing the financial systems of the organization.
• Providing sound financial assistance and information to management in order for it to make important business decisions.
• Establish and monitor monthly budgets proactively seeking ways to reduce costs.
• Oversee the client’s funds reconciliation and implement internal controls for safeguarding of client’s funds.
• Present financial statistics and insights to the Board of Directors.
• Hire, train, and manage an accounting team.
• Ascertain all regulatory submissions and audits comply with financial laws and rules.
• Relationship management with banks and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial officer, ideally in a same industry.
• Excellent financial knowledge, analytical ability, and strategic thinking.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage teams, drive change, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Forward-thinking Strategist
• A thorough awareness of financial legislation, compliance, and risk management.
• Expertise with financial software and systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
