Major Position Responsibilities:
•Install, replace, and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
•Troubleshoot hardware and software issues/conflicts and repair
•Install and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Server 2012/2016/201
•Administer Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and domain controller administration
•Work with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
•Assist with administration of Azure Portal
•Administer Atlassian apps Confluence and Jira for the ticketing system as well as the wiki, logging all helpdesk requests
•Own the onboarding and offboarding procedures with relevant ticket creation and tasks related.
•Monitor and administer tools like Pulseway, Cloud PBX, and other monitoring systems
•Onboard users and configure permissions according to requests on our CRM system and general administration
•Provide guidance and support to users in all IT-related matters/issues

Experience and Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
•At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related field
•Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, including Windows 10/11, Server 2012/2016/2019
•Microsoft Office 365 suite, and Azure Portal experience
•Experience with Active Directory administration, including user management, group policies, and domain controller administration
•Experience with Atlassian apps Confluence and Jira for the ticketing system and wiki
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
•Knowledge of Pulseway, Cloud PBX, and other monitoring systems is a plus
