AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of:

PURCHASING AND STOREROOM MANAGER

Tasks:

• Negotiating with suppliers.
• Monitoring and analysing costs.
• Checking the quality of purchases arriving to the hotel.

The candidates should have:

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
• Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in similar role.
• Understanding of food and beverage stock unit management.
• Ability to negotiate the best prices with suppliers and finding opportunities to reduce expenses.
• Background in a food and beverage administrative or store management role is essential.
• High standard of numeracy skills and very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and follow directions.
• Must be able to work effectively under pressure.
• Energy and enthusiasm with excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Team spirit and pleasant personality.
