CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a progressive and expanding CySEC regulated investment firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Media Buyer to join their growing team. As a Digital Media Buyer, you will be responsible for creating, managing and optimising online marketing campaigns, developing relationships with media partners, negotiating favourable terms, and managing advertising budgets effectively. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, PR or other closely related fields, who possess at least 2 years of experience in a relevant position within the Forex, Financial Services and/or Ecommerce verticals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Create, manage and optimize online marketing campaigns.
• Utilise SPY services and identify converting ads.
• Develop relationships with media partners, negotiate favourable terms, and manage advertising budgets effectively.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with key insights.
• Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Higher education in Marketing, PR or another relevant field.
• Previous working experience of at least 2 years in a Media Buying role withing Forex companies, Brokerage Firms or Ecommerce.
• Advanced knowledge of the Google ads and Facebook platforms, as well as buying processes within both platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Data driven thinking.
• Experience with services such as Indigo, AdHeart, IMKLO or similar.
• Availability of successful cases in the Forex/Crypto/Gambling vertical.
• Experience in managing B2C and lead generation campaigns.
