CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a progressive and expanding CySEC regulated investment firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Marketing (Russian-Speaking) to join their growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for setting marketing goals and objectives, including planning, implementing and managing the marketing strategy of the company. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or any other relevant field and possess approximately 5+ years of proven marketing experience within the Forex and/or Fintech sectors. Previous managerial experience is a must as well as strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts. Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English is essential. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Set marketing goals and objectives as well as plan, and implement and manage the marketing content strategy.
• Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.
• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners and customers, to shape marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Position the company’s brand in a clear and consistent way in all marketing strategies and tactics to increase awareness, uniqueness, relevance, esteem, and reputation, and motivate the target audience.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the company and keep the marketing budget in check.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Higher education in Marketing, PR, Finance, Business Administration or another relevant field is desirable.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a Senior Marketing position in the Forex and/or Fintech sectors.
• Good knowledge of the financial markets and terms associated with trading.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in and manage a team.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools, such as contextual advertising, SEO, SMM and others.
• Experience with marketing automation technologies will also be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to develop marketing strategies and make decisions.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Yandex Metrics will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of using multichannel advertising communications, including digital and traditional media, to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• The adaptability to changing market conditions, technologies and marketing trends, which is critical to success in the dynamic FinTech and Forex sectors.
