We are now recruiting a high calibre individual to join its dynamic workforce in the position of Student Recruitment Officer.

Job Description:

The University of Limassol is seeking a motivated and dynamic Student Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to attract and enroll prospective students from diverse backgrounds into our various academic programs. This role requires a combination of marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential students, parents, and educational partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment/admission strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Represent the University at educational fairs, schools, and other recruitment events.
• Conduct presentations and workshops for prospective students and their families.
• Manage inquiries from potential students via email, phone, and in-person consultations, providing accurate and timely information about the University's programs, admission requirements, and application process.
• Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, educational consultants, and other stakeholders in the education sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and utilize social media platforms to enhance student recruitment efforts.
• Analyze recruitment data and generate reports on recruitment activities' effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about trends in higher education and student recruitment to adapt strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a similar role, preferably in higher education.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Cyprus, as required.
• Proficiency in Greek and English language and strong digital literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.
