CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated Investment Firm with expanding operations in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Client Relations & Support Officer (German-Speaking) to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing existing and prospective clients with the highest level of service in a timely manner, via email, phone and live chat. Fluency in both verbal and written German and English is essential and any previous experience working in the Forex and/or Financial Services sector is highly desirable. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Providing existing and prospective clients with the highest level of service in a timely manner.
• Promoting the company’s financial products and services.
• Achieving daily and monthly KPIs through contacting clients via phone, emails, and other communication channels.
• Developing business relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners.
• Keeping up-to-date with the financial markets and communicating information to clients.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Native or near-native German and fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge and experience in Forex and/or Financial Services will be considered advantageous, but not essential.
• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong client service skills.
• Excellent people skills.
