CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding financial technology company that allows businesses to accept and make payments anywhere, we are seeking to recruit an Onboarding Analyst to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for collecting and reviewing merchants onboarding documentation, as well as screening results from world check, website crawling, ID matching and other screening platforms. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a minimum of 1 year of experience with the onboarding of corporate clients, with any previous experience working in the payments industry considered a significant advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect and Review Merchants’ onboarding documentation.
- Resolve screening results from world check, website crawling, ID matching and other screening platforms.
- Review AML, Risk and onboarding Flags and be able to resolve and/or take decision.
- Communicate with Clients for the onboarding requirements and the on-going review of the account.
- Lead calls with leads and present the findings to the relevant Operation teams.
- Perform reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis.
- Review Risk and AML scoring results and assign the relevant categorization to the clients following the Onboarding and AML procedures.
- Use templates and scripts for communication with the clients.
- Work closely with the AML, Risk, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance and R&D departments.
- Identify improvements in the systems used and report them to the Product team for implementation.
- Follow the existing procedures and suggest improvements where there is a need based on clients’ feedback.
- Fill ISR reports where relevant.
- Perform Partners Due Diligence and Onboarding/Renewal to the relevant Partners.
- Keep clients records up to date and update when needed.
- Maintain the relationship with clients and partners.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks.
Key Skills/Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate clients onboarding is a must.
- AML Certificate will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in the Payments industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Team player.
- English at a fluent or native level.
- Excellent communication skills.
