CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a number of Customer Success Managers to join their growing team. The chosen candidates will have a central role in fostering and nurturing a professional rapport with merchants. They will act as trusted advisors and serve as the primary contact within the company. Demonstrated expertise in customer success or account management within the payment services industry or related domains, coupled with a solid grasp of payment processing technologies and industry developments, is essential for this role. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with merchants, serving as their trusted advisor and be the main point of contact within our company.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and tailor our payment solutions to meet their specific needs and deliver a high-level service.
  • Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams in order to ensure a complete set up of merchant accounts in accordance with business agreements and company standards and expanding clients accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive training, updates and changes to merchants on our payment services and features.
  • Monitor the performance of existing merchants by analyzing the financial data and assisting in improving and optimizing their payments.
  • Keep a close communication with merchants on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively monitor client accounts and payment activity to identify and address potential issues.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features that align with client goals.
  • Provide clients with regular reports on payment activity and performance metrics.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role in the payment services industry or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
