CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding company offering single wallet white label Casino & Sports solutions via Mobile, Tablet and PC to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a PSP Analyst to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for analysing approval rates of all payment methods on a daily basis, including monitoring account balances, as well as identifying and reviewing any issues with payment mechanisms, ensuring they are escalated to the relevant technical teams. An academic background in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or another similar field is desirable, and previous experience in a similar position is essential. Advanced MS Excel skills are a must, and any previous experience working in the iGaming industry will be considered a plus, but not essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analysing on a daily basis approval rates of all payment methods and monitoring account balances.
• Utilization of payments systems to optimise deposit conversion percentages.
• Reviewing issues identified and reporting them to the relevant technical teams.
• Assisting teams with relevant information on decline reasons and alternative payment methods.
• Research, contract negotiations and onboarding of new payment providers.
• Performing settlement calculations.
• Coordinate new implementations needed to meet Compliance and Regulatory requirements.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or another similar field is desirable, but not essential.
• Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
• Any previous experience working in the iGaming sector will be considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
• Ability to work freely in Cyprus (EU Status).
