We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager experienced in Customer Journey Management.

You will:

• Identify and program scenarios for user segments with individual flow based on user behavior;

• Improve existing client segmentation methods and communication channels; experiment with and evaluate new segments;

• Develop a reporting system for tracking and analysing user behavior metrics;

• Work with teams to drive the adoption of CRM products and identify opportunities;

• Configure and oversee push notifications and emails for user communication;

• Design engaging emails and push notifications, set up automated customer journey chains and evaluate CRM campaigns rigorously;

• Plan and conduct A/B testing for various CRM campaigns to optimize messaging, timing, and content;

We are looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on data-driven CRM experience;

• Intermediate knowledge of email marketing;

• Strong organisation and communication skills;

• Attention to detail;

• Structured monitoring experience;

• HTML experience for email creation is an advantage;
