Responsibilities:

• Perform daily client fund reconciliation. Extract transaction reports from platform/payment providers into the reconciliation software.
• Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports, related to client funds, balances, and processing.
• Monitoring of workflows and responsibility to investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communication and coordination with various departments within the Company and third parties for issue resolution.
• Daily monitoring of financial institutions and payment providers’ balances and assessing any settlement or transfer that needs to be requested.
• Verify the accuracy of data and data processing of accounting and bookkeeping-related information.
• Execute and record payment/bank transactions and accurately reflect these on the accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with applied accounting standards and principles.
• Maintains financial information confidential.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the Financial/Banking/FX industry will be considered as an advantage.
• ACA/ACCA qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially a sound knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Team member with the ability to cooperate with multiple parties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues and follow through to resolution.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and tight deadline-driven environment.
• Proven analytical abilities, problem-solving and investigative skills.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Legally authorized to work in Cyprus (CY or EU nationals).
