CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Group of Companies with varied and diverse business interests including the promotion of various investment funds, we are seeking to recruit a highly experienced Russian-Speaking Business Development Manager with a demonstrable track record of generating new business to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia and cover the CIS region.

• Responsible for the Russian Market Sales, client business, budget and profitability
• Recruiting, training and supporting BDMs and support staff in Russia
• Managing the BDM’s activity and performance of the Russian Offices
• Attending sales meetings with the Russian BDM’s
• Attending sales meetings with Director in London and Russia
• Russian Marketing planning and implementation with int. / ext. marketing professionals
• Russian Social Media management with int/ext social media professionals
• Russian region and Russian focus event participation and management
• Russian market financial management with int. / ext. accountants and finance
• Russian legal and compliance management with int./external professionals
• Managing new business on-boarding / compliance for new Russian clients / intermediaries
• Client service and relationship management
• Marketing and sales project management / participation

• Educated to degree level in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• Substantial and demonstrable sales/business development experience, ideally within the Financial Services Sector
• Previous experience of promoting investment funds and real estate will be considered highly beneficial
• Strong presentation skills
• Russian and English Language Fluency (Written & Spoken)
• Strong Client Relationship management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively on business trips outside of Cyprus
